Property presentation
a) On-site in Egypt – we arrange a visit where you can explore the development and experience the atmosphere of the location.
b) Online – many of our clients (around 50%) choose to purchase remotely. We present properties through photos, visualizations, and video materials.

Apartment reservation
Once you’ve selected your property, you make a symbolic reservation payment to secure the chosen apartment.

Formalities and contract
According to the payment schedule, an initial deposit is made. We then prepare the purchase agreement and send it for your review and signature – either in person or online.

Finalizing the purchase
The transaction can be completed either in Egypt or entirely online. Each purchase is overseen by our lawyer and registered with the Court in Hurghada, ensuring full legal protection and security.

Key handover
